Inspection, test and maintenance
1. The metal housing of the electric wrench shall be reliably grounded, and the housing shall have regular inspection and test certificates and be valid within the term.
2, check the electric wrench body mounting screw fastening, if the screw found loose, should be immediately re-tightening, otherwise it will lead to the failure of the electric wrench.
3. Check that the handles on both sides of the hand-held electric wrench are intact, not cracked or damaged, and firmly installed.

Notes for use and operation
1. Confirm whether the power supply connected on site is consistent with the nameplate of the electric wrench. Is there any leakage protector connected?
2, according to the size of the nut to choose a matching sleeve, and properly installed.
3. Make sure the switch on the electric wrench is disconnected before power transmission; otherwise, when the plug is inserted into the power socket, the electric wrench will turn unexpectedly and immediately, which may cause personal injury.
4. If the working place is far away from the power supply and needs to extend the cable, it shall use enough capacity to install qualified extension cable. Extension cables such as through the pedestrian walkway should be elevated or made to prevent the cable crushing damage measures.

6. In case of any abnormality in the carbon spark of the motor during operation, the motor shall be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting. In addition, the carbon brush must be kept clean.
